Workshop bookings and product orders require full payment at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
Workshop cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Custom candle orders may have different cancellation terms based on the stage of production.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our handcrafted candles. However, as each candle is handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, and scent intensity may occur. These variations are part of the artisan nature of our products.

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe workshop environment, participants engage in candle-making activities at their own risk. Squeblenphshodan is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during workshops or from the use of purchased products, except where required by law.
Candles involve open flames and should be used with caution. Always follow the safety instructions provided with your candles. Never leave burning candles unattended, keep away from flammable materials, and place on heat-resistant surfaces.
