Walk-ins are welcome to browse our candle collection and learn about upcoming workshops. For workshop bookings and custom consultations, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure dedicated time with our artisans.
Our workshop is located in the heart of Boston's historic Newbury Street, surrounded by galleries, boutiques, and cafes. Street parking and public transportation are readily available, making it easy to visit us whether you're a local or just passing through the city.
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to those with some candle-making experience. Our instructors provide step-by-step guidance throughout the process.
Just bring yourself and your creativity! We provide all materials, tools, and equipment needed for the workshop. Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little waxy.
Yes! You'll take home all the candles you create during the workshop. We provide packaging to transport them safely. Note that candles need to cure for 24-48 hours before burning for optimal performance.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend workshops. For custom orders and private group sessions, 3-4 weeks notice is ideal to ensure availability.
Yes! Workshop gift certificates make wonderful presents. Contact us to purchase a gift certificate for any workshop or custom order value. They're valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled workshop receive a full refund or can be rescheduled. Please see our full policy for details.
