Our Commitment

At Squeblenphshodan, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles and the experience we provide in our workshops. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Handcrafted Candle Returns

We accept returns of unused, unburned candles within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

• The candle must be in its original condition, unburned and unused
• Original packaging and labels must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• The candle must not show signs of damage or alteration

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, slight variations in appearance and scent are normal and not grounds for return.

Custom Orders

Custom candle orders are made specifically to your specifications and are generally non-refundable once production has begun. However, if there is a significant defect or error in your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Workshop Cancellations

Workshop bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the following terms:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop: No refund, but may reschedule for a $15 fee subject to availability
• No-shows: No refund and no rescheduling

If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your candle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. This includes:

• Broken or cracked candles
• Wicks that won't light or burn properly
• Significant discoloration or separation of wax
• Missing components or incorrect items

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Wait for return authorization and instructions
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange candles for different scents or styles, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will provide instructions. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Gift Returns

If you received a candle as a gift and would like to return it, we can provide store credit for the current retail value. The original purchaser may also return the gift for a refund to their payment method.
